Friendly hosts with good communication. Easy check-in/check-out. Great location. Very clean, quiet and private apartment. Overall, I had a nice stay.
The apartment was very clean, with new furniture and everything thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The washing machine, oven, and other appliances were all of high quality. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, 5 minutes to a 24-hour supermarket, and around 20 minutes on foot to several well-known German supermarket chains. However, the bus stops are very close to the apartment, so you can easily reach those supermarkets by public transport.
Why am I talking so much about supermarkets? Because unfortunately, it’s very hard to find a good restaurant in Alba Iulia — we couldn’t find one in a whole week. Nearly every place was just a pizzeria.
I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is completely renovated and looks exactly like it does in the photos. It’s full of warm, thoughtful details that make the stay very pleasant and cozy. The location is excellent — close to everything you might need. The only downside is that the building has no elevator and there are quite a few stairs to climb, which might be challenging for some. Still, overall, I highly recommend this place!
Fully equipped and lovely one bedroom apartment. Even though it is somewhat small it's perfectly done. Available parking spot close to the apartment, thanks to the host. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne since it was New Year's Eve soon, and coffee/tea/bottled water and candy. Very close to Cetatea Alba Iulia (10min walk)
It is located near the citadel by walking distance.
