Location is good, quite near to the Palas Mall. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Our apartment had a balcony with a good view. The owner is friendly and hospitable, she answered all questions and was ready to help in case of need.

500 mtrs walk to Palatul Culturii and 300 mtrs to Palas Mall. You can't have better center of Iasi. New 4 stories building with elevator. Cozy clean apartment loft, big terrace, perfect for 2 adults or family with a child. All the appliances you need for a short to medium stay, nice and modern furnished. Tv in both rooms, good wifi. Excellent value for money property.

The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a stay in Iasi. It is very close to Palas Mall, has parking available on site and for us, a family of 3 out of which a 1.4 yo baby, it was perfect. Cosy, chic and well equipped, with a confortable matress and a nice living room where we could enjoy our evening while the baby slept in the other room. Furthermore, Simona is a great host, very responsive and polite and we thank her once again.

The quality of the apartment was excellent. Very clean, very modern. Communication with Simona was easy and available in both languages.
