My hotel stay here was really amazing. The room was nice, the location was superb and the staff were really nice. Also for the price, you get a very nice quality of service and room.
Safe and quite location.
The location was excellent, being close to Metrocentro and having many local bus routes nearby was convenient.
the receptionist Alicia is very attentive and always willing to help the customer in any way she can, her customer service is very high.
Had a late flight and booked room last minute. I only stayed one night, but this hotel was super comfortable. Good beds, linen, well equipped. Good breakfast. Excellent value.
The people is amazing, comfort and everything close, shopping centers, restaurants, etc.
People were about and beyond to provide excellent customer service, very happy with the service and the room we're very clean, shower very good, this is a personal traits, I love to have enough towels, they just provide exactly the amount that the guess need, but nothing wrong with it, just personal preference
