The room was spacious and had multiple power outlets. You get a fridge, kettle and microwave. There's AC and parking right out front. Price is very reasonable for expensive Al-Ula. What made this accommodation far exceed expectations was the host. He and his family live behind the Black 1 and 2 units, and they're wonderfully interactive with guests. The host was kind enough to spend hours of his weekend driving me around town, chatting with me about Saudi life and giving advice. He was very easy to talk to and ask about anything you want to know about the region. It was a privilege to receive so much personal guidance from a local; something that you won't find from the picture-perfect Al-Ula resorts.

I booked this property few hours before arrival as the one I booked initially got cancelled right when I was boarding on the plane. Right after booking I got message from Ibrahim who explained how to get to the property, get keys, etc and was very nice and helpful. The property is located not far from old centre of Al Ula, right next to the road but we were not bothered by any noise. The room had everything we needed - beds, table with chairs, fridge and A/C. Bathroom had shower, toiletries and towels. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect accommodation for anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Al Ula. The room is well equipped, good location since very near the old town, nice owner with kind caring and sharing. The owner is so supportive and willing to help take to some iconic attractions in Al Ula if he has free time. That makes the experience there is more completed.
