Everything! Specially the staff members, everyone working at this hotel are very friendly, collaborative and willing to take care about every single detail. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
I didn’t receive exceptional service , I believe it was a part of their core values . The service matters always paying attention to detail. Although there was a language barrier all attempts were made to met our needs.
I am regular guest in this hotel, I believe that speaks about my satisfaction. It is very convenient for me to stay in this special location and Braira is a great chain, I am using them all over the Kingdom.
We stayed for 3 days it was great, facilities were nice

This was our third stay in Braira and it always provides a good value for money. The frontline staff was again very kind and helpful!
