Great and Premium facilities.
All basic requirements such as water, tea bags etc has to asked multiple time to receive.
Staff response were not precise and not faster.
Spacious room with good facilities, has a microwave, fridge and cutlery which is good. The bedroom has a massive TV, the room is big and spacious with a good space to sit with the family. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from a main road with restaraunts, there is a 24 hour supermarket downstairs which is good if you need to buy anything at any time in the night.
There is a masjid just 2 mins walk from the hotel. The host is also very friendly and willing to help, he can arrange taxis to and from Masjid Nabawi for a fair price. He is also able to arrange transport to other cities, he helped us find a taxi to Jeddah for a very good price.
There was no option for it, but the restaurants are nearby
The staff was very cooperative and warmly welcoming. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was neat and clean. Shoukat and Mukhtiar the staff were very helpful.
Great host, great hospitality and homely touch by the host. Host was very supportive and friendly.
