The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and the basic facilities were available. The washing machine was a plus.

Value for Money, Economical. Excellent ambience and very economical

staff especially Mustafa was friendly and helpful. made our stay comfortable and we felt at home. cleaning was done well and daily apartment cleaning at your request. rooms were well built and great kitchen , tv, and living room, beds and toilet - compact and yet not cramped. all devices e.g. microwave , tv, wifi airconditioning work well. no wifi issues at all. great parking for residents, near by small groceries and egyptian restaurant.

Service was great, it was clean, underground parking available Location is near famous malls by car.

Staff were amazing. Very friendly and hospitable and accommodative to my many requests. Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa at reception as was an amazing host and truly understood the value of good costumer value. He went above and beyond with being helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and had most of the basics in need. Beddings were also comfortable and clean. The hotel was usually quite which I appreciated, only drawback some housekeeping activities at night which should be limited to 9pm max. Overall good value for money.
