The staff is very helpful specially reception employees, I think her name is Shama’a, she helped me to get a reservation as what I needed
The location of the hotel is excellent . Near to many facilities , moreover the reception team especially Shamah Hakmi is very supportive and demonstrates the real value of the company and administration staff
