When we arrived they greeted us very politely with free coffee from the coffee shop they have in the lobby.
When the check-in was done the room given to us was not clean (i think it was mistake by the cleaning staff or it was miscommunication between the staff) they upgraded our room immediately and they apologized due to the mistake.
I recommend this hotel and the staff were very polite and helpful.
Cleanliness, facilities, friendly and welcoming staffs especially Hanan in the reception
