We are a family with a special needs child, The reception staff was extremely nice and has accommodated all our needs and made our stay extra enjoyable
Everything especially the customer service and reception. They were very helpful. They used to call us to enquire if we need anything.
Excellent and quick check-in. Clean and perfumed ambience. Welcoming and cooperative staff. The family was helped with luggage and very quick delivery to the room. A little bit of a walk to Haram, but that's manageable.
