Reception staff were friendly and courteous, unlike housekeeping staff were rude (I had to pick up my luggage due to lack of concierge).
The suite was much better than anticipated and had everything you need, except the Wi-Fi was poor and unstable. Had to rely on my own hotspot..

It’s a complete property.
I stayed for 6 days with friends. I requested something but was not given. But its fine. Just maybe misunderstading. The staff were so nice, Reception were very active and attentive everytime i need something over all its 9/10 for me.
I had an autistic son with me. The lock on the bedroom door was and washing machine was the dealbreaker for me.
Our 2 bedroom room was clean and facilities were great. There was washing machine. The bed was comfortable. The hotel looks new.
And there's a parking space available.
