The location is not very close to Haram, but they offer a shuttle service, followed by a reasonable walk from the shuttle drop-off point.
This is my 3rd time at the property and I have no complains. This time gentlemen at the reception even upgrading me to a quadruple room (i had booked a triple - as we were two adults and two kids)

Very beautiful and clean, the staff were very nice and accommodating, it always smelled good and manyyy facilities were available, there’s a grocery shop, clothing shop, pharmacy right next to the hotel, and a restaurant, and laundry shop across of the hotel, it’s less than 10 mins trip to the makkah train station, we really loved it and we will be frequent tenants of this hotel.
It was very close to Masjid Nabwi. Staff was helpful
