Amazing location not too far from the bus station and right by the old bazaar so perfect for grabbing food and drinks!
Very clean and spaceous rooms in the heart of the city. The beds are big and comfortable. The hotel is only a few steps away from the old bazar, yet very quiet. Easy self check-in.
Right in old town but was hard to find. Taxi couldn’t find and dropped me off by castle wall and I ended up wandering around but thanks to Google maps I eventually found it! Petar was very nice but limited English but managed.

The location was perfect, right in the old bazaar yet quiet in the room even though there was lots going on in the area outside. Air con was working fully which was great as it was very hot when we visited. The room itself was small but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and didn't smell or flood as mentioned in some of the reviews we read. The value for money was really good for the price point. If you're visiting Skopje for a couple of days and want a good value, central place to stay I don't think you can get much better than Castrum.
