Common areas are pretty nice and large. Kitchen is a nice spacious area to cook and prep on a budget. Walkable distance to malls, centrum and bus station. Typical hostel bunk beds. Two bathrooms on the ground floors.
Hot shower, cozy public space and the location. Kitchen is good. The owner and Larisa are very nice and helpful. It’s close to bus terminal, big supermarket and major attractions. WiFi good too.
Staff were very friendly & helpful location was perfect - 10 minute walk from the bus station and a similar walk to the bridges that lead to the old bazaar - great hostel vibe met many like minded travellers
Staff was so kind and helpful, real hostel vibe, met tons of wonderful travelers. The breakfast is amazing, a Moroccan volunteer cooked up a tasty meal one morning and it was FREE!
The front desk kept in touch with me via what’s app to make sure I found my way to the hostel, that was a great detail.
Izmir can be a bit dull but I love it here.
The mattress was very comfortable. There were curtains for privacy for each bunk. Lots of places to keep your stuff as well as a locker for each bed. There are 3 bathrooms for the hostel and I was never waiting for someone to finish. The ladies who work there were all really nice and knowledgeable about the area. Lots of great info! It's a short walk to the bus station. And about a 15 minute walk to the old bazaar area. It's a lovely riverside walk to old town and doesn't seem like 15 minutes.
