Very bright, spacious, extremely clean house. They even come and clean after 4 days in, replacing papers and stuff. Dogs around the house super cute. Owners very responsive, attentive and accurate in every aspect, remaining gently in the background without disturbing your privacy but immediately there for you if needed. A/C in bedrooms a huge deal for tropical nights. Very generous hosts, even let us stay until 6 p.m. on last day due to late flight. Bonus: one of Mahe's best beaches less than 2 minutes by car (Anse Royal). Pretty good shop (Kumar and Kumar) just a few hundred meters from villa. Garden and porch great for evening wine and wave listening. Internet working very well, even got an extension for bedroom. Hosts prepared European style electric converters; super attentive. Hosts update you on all island activities and options on programs, dining, shopping, day trips etc. Wonderful option for island stay when looking for own private apartment.

The view hands down it’s the most beautiful peace of scenery , I woke up early just to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise Mathew and his Dad are excellent host and will be my go to booking every time I visit The Seychelles

Nice view from our apartment and many beaches close to the property (if you have a car). Matthew was very friendly and gave us some helpful advice for must-go restaurants and places to see. The Seaview apartment itself is a beautiful stay when you’re in Seychelles. And everything you need is in the apartment, from an universal travel adapter, to beach towels and even an umbrella for the tropical rainstorms :)

If you are thinking about it, don't think twice! The villa has two floors, we had the lower floor with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big living rooms, a big kitchen with a big dining table and balconies everywhere. The bed was UV light tested - and found clean. The way to the villa from the airport took about 20-25 minutes on a car (we recommend the Okap car rental services) The villa has no beach up front, but the location is high with a very good view. The hosts are amazing, we had everything we needed and more. You have an amazing view to the sunrise over the ocean The garden is beautiful and there is a free space to park your car We even got some electrical adaptors, which is very important...

Amazing view, super clean and well equipped apartments, incredibly hospitable host who is always ready to help. Highly recommend.
