The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful! Beds were big and good in these deluxe rooms. Air conditioning is very good with many settings. Location is good. Restaurants/bars nearby. Taxi to airport is around 25 000. Thanks Issa and all
Situated just off the south east corner of the Place de la Independence (the only real landmark in this sprawling city) the hotel at first glance doesn't look all that great from the outside. The hotel is split between the reception, the sunny courtyard for breakfast & cheaper rooms with an annex two door up where I stayed. The basic ensuite rooms were large with air con and satellite TV. The breakfasts were good: fresh croissant from the bakery down the road, juice and very sweet coffee. Friendly management at a very competitive price for the money. The Imperial bar is just around the corner - good French food and ice cold Gazelles with loads of sour faced French expats - bliss !
