The location is excellent, very easy to leave the car in the parking lot and walk to the main sites in the city center. We also liked the living room and balcony, they were both great places to relax after a long day.
The apartment is clean, centrally located downtown, and the owner is easy to communicate with, making for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place in Nis.

The apartment is amazing. It smelled clean and fresh. Located in the center of Nis, in a Block of apartments, everything was 5 minutes walking. As I travel a little for work and I rent different homes in different cities this was the place that made feel at home.
Goed gelegen, parkeren kan op parkeerplaats bij appartementsgebouw, appartement is zeer ruim, vlotte communicatie met verhuurder. Rustig geleden en toch dicht in centrum.
