The flat is on the 3rd floor of a new building,which has got a lift.
The building and the whole area is nice and peaceful but not far from the centre.
The flat is warm and comfortable,with modern furniture .
The living room is spacious (open concept with dining area) and separate bedroom,two TVs....balcony
All necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment (even iron,hair dryer,washing mashine..).
The bed is comfortable.
