Perfect location, clean, parking available, wifi, huge storage closet, kitchen utilities. Small apartment, but there's a place for everything - owner really put an effort to make it comfy and cosy. Crib for baby was available, with clean sheets, blanket and a pillow, that adds bonus points :)
