Property was really clean and new also good location
Excellent location. Very close to Main Bus Station, on flat area, 5 minutes walk with luggage. Easy check-in in secure building. We stayed in a new renovated building, super clean and modern. Room had everything we needed, third floor and building has escalator.
Big TV with plenty of choice of satellite channels. In Serbia movies are subtitled (big bonus), compared with some countries that have voice over. (try watching, say John Wayne, in Italian or Spanish).
It was walking distance to Belgrade Main attractions in old city. Public transport is good, busses, trams, trolleybus, no metro.
Just warning to pay ticket (50RSD - Half an Euro) you will need Belgrade transport app. Control people are there and I heard will be ruthless.
Great location, comfy bed, recently renovated rooms.
Two air conditioners which is far more than actually needed for a small room.
Pretty much space in wardrobes to keep your stuff.
Overall great experience that exceeded the expectations!

Beautiful and cozy apartment close to the central bus station and the city center. The building is brand new and we immediately felt at home. The hosts are really nice and fast to respond via WhatsApp.
