It's clean, nicely equipped. While I've been there I feel owner's care and support.
There are only few cons: the apartment is on 5th floor and there's no elevator in that building. To me it was fine, but it might be difficult for you (take it to account). There is a stove in the kitchen, but it's really slow. I guess it would be better to replace it with microwave, though I am not a fan of the last one.
Anyway, these things doesn't bother me a lot. So, I glad that I chose that place.

Very well decorated. They communicated with us very well with very detailed information.
Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The apartment was so clean, there were coffee, croissants, tea, etc..
Excellent stay very comfortable and had everything i needed. They provided laundry soap and all convenient kitchen supplies. Many towels and linens. Having AC was great as the weather was unbearably hot. The building is very old but the unit is wonderfully upgraded. Very quiet as well.
