Very good location on a quiet street, 20-25 min walk to Republic Square.

Thank you Alexander for everything. Thanks also for staying fair and not giving in to greed like so many other owners who resold their apartments for the nights during the Rammstein concert and left people homeless or extorting them at many times the price.
We rented here for a month and had a comfortable and wonderful time. The friendly, sincere and handsome landlord provided a comfortable big bed, a variety of pillows for us to choose from, and thoughtfully prepared a variety of laundry items. We could cook simple meals. There was a small bar in the room, where we could drink some red wine or make our own coffee. There were supermarkets, restaurants and buses nearby, and we could walk to the center or check in at scenic spots. We also had friendly neighbors. In short, everything was great! I will miss everything here!
I absolutely recommend this place. Warm apartment with plenty of towels and different pillow options. Located close to center with good transportation connections

The host Aleksandar was very friendly, giving me a short tour of the neighborhood and leaving a bottle of wine as a welcome present. He lives nearby, so troubleshooting any problems is a breeze. The location is a central one, with many grocery stores, bars, and restaurants within the vicinity - I recommend Orasac (trad Serb fare & outdoor seating area), Poncho (mediocre pljeskavica but open 24/7), and Pavle Korchagin (Yugostalgic kitsch). Most of Belgrade's prime tourist attractions are within a 15-30 min walk.
