Owner of the app. was very polite and helpful. He organised everything very well. After reservation he sent the code of the entrance door and the key box of the apartment in few min . This place is a cut above the rest. Everything is so new, clean, shiny, white and sleeky that it almost feels medical. You can see that it was renovated not so long ago. You have a kitchen with an induction range and various utensils, a bathroom with shower, and, importantly, a washing machine. There is a big window with a nice view of tree greenery, shutters are also provided and you can achieve good darkening. The sun won't fall into the room directly, therefore it feels nice and calm most of the time. The location is good, it is a bit distanced from the city center, but you can have more quiet because of that, and bus stop is nearby, so in 10 minutes you can be at the center.
