Girls from the reception where very friendly and helpful, my room was on the first floor, room was spacious and clean, with courtyard view, bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night so It is perfect for sleeping. I would also like to mention restaurant Muskat where I went to have dinner with my friends first day. Service was exceptional as well as the food and wine. I will defiantly come here again, I would like to thank Hotel Dum and restaurant Muskat staff for making my stay this good.

Very nice location, tram station is near by and if you decide to take a walk, it will only take you 30 minute to get to the city center walking by nice shops. The hotel is really clean and the rooms are the prefect size.

Staff is so polite and professional! Room and hotel are so clean, good energy in hotel! Location is excellent , so close to Bvl but so quiet and good for sleep!

Sounds classic but almost everything. Not only Hotel stuff but also all sebian people were so helpful and friendly. Location cannot be better than this, I almost walked eveywhere. Also the restaurant and its options made us happy. Plus , Prices are reasonable.
