Really good money-quality ratio! Perfect for short vacations or business trips. Very good and quite location, nice forest nearby, shops and infrastructure available. Kitchen with all needed stuff (even tee and coffee included). Washing machine in the bathroom. All in all, I really enjoyed the place and highly recommend for anyone who prefer individual apartments with kitchen more than hotels.

I liked everything. Quiet pleasant area near the center. There are small grocery stores nearby and supermarkets within walking distance. Transport accessibility is good. Bus 65, 74 go straight to the center. Do not forget to buy a travel card at 10 Deligradska Street (there only) or pay via SMS from a Serbian number. The apartment has everything you need, a sufficient number of cutlery, as well as salt, sugar, spices, tea, soap accessories, etc. The host Sasha kindly provided a late check-out, registered, and was in touch. Sasha, I'm sorry, I broke one mug. Instead, I bought a wooden spatula 😅

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Although the room is not so big, the apartment itself has everything for comfortable stay -- from washing machine to set of kitchen utensils and some grocery like tea, coffee and spices. It was crystal clean, furniture and home appliances is pretty new. Also there is a bus stop and a couple of small supermarkets nearby. The district is green and silent. Wi-fi is really fast, and there was no problem with heating or hot water, also it has air conditioning. The owner is very friendly and willing to help. He even let us to stay with a small dog without extra payments. There is only good impressions!

This is an amazing apartment! Very warm, clean, cozy and comfortable. I stayed there with two friends and two cats for 5 days. The sofas turn easily into beds. If you have a cat, don't worry. Pets can't get get stuck under these beds, the system is totally safe, we triple-checked it. There are also exterior shutters on the windows, so you can open a window without worrying that your cat escapes outdoors. Saša is a great host, very attentive and friendly. He helped us a lot, including making a 'white card' registration at the police the day after arrival. My special awe goes to the electriс Turkish coffee pot. An incredible kitchen appliance for endless coffee drinkers like us. There is also a wonderful street-food spot called "Ćoškloš" just in front of the building. Magnificent pljeskavica, palačinke and sandwiches for a reasonable price, I definitely recommend it to everyone!
