Ivan, the host, is incredibly communicative and welcoming. He was very patient when we had multiple delays. The room and facilities are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The beds are on the firmer side. Ivan was also punctual and kind during our airport transfer. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to!

We loveed it here. It was impeccably clean, quiet, bed very comfortable. Also it is very close to the highway. You can oark the car in front of the villa. We've stayed here before and we will stay here in the future when we go to Greece. The neighborhood is quiet, only houses around, and ask the owner about some good restaurants recommendations. The pansion is built with love and one can immediately notice the incredible attention to detail. Our room was spotlessly clean. Everything is new and the bed is super comfortable. The facilities are excellent and the location is very close to the airport. The bathroom is spacious and the WiFi is fast. Above all we loved the amazing host - he went above and beyond to help us and accommodate our needs. He recommended a great restaurant for dinner and gave us a ride to the location. In addition, he also organized our airport transfer. We enjoyed our stay and we would love to go again. We strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great and cozy accommodation near the Nis airport and the highway. Thank you for the amazing experience!

The closest stay 1,5 km to the Niz airport. Hosts took us from the airport and back. Studio was nicely modern decorated, very clean, all furniture and facilities are new. The best and closest option when connecting in Niz.
