I am kind of traveller which likes to go deeper into the country and I am willing to pay the price of zig-zagging in narrow suburbian mountain streets with a car to get to the property. Not everybody will like that :)
Also it was nice view through the windows. The location and neighbours were silent, nothing bothered us during sleep, so we slept well. That is my main requirement in all stays.
