It's an entire house! Looks even better than in photos. Everything is clean, quiet and comfortable. Full kitchen, everything works. Nice view from window and terrace. Closed private parking. Easy to find, owners was waiting for us outside. Owner Dragan is very nice and friendly, speaks a bit russian, he even helped us next day when our car broke down.
The place I wish to come back.
