Quiet neighborhood, not too far away from the centre, a lot of parking space, cleanliness, comfort...
Also, the wellness center is easy to book and a minute away from the appartment. The host was very pleasant. Would recommend.
Location is bit more on altitude vs. city center, so air quality was much better and view to the city and mountain were great.
Facilities are brand new, apartment is well equiped, nothing was missing.
Overall, good value for the price. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Enough playgrounds, walking tracks and grocery shops nearby.
Spa center is also well equiped, worth the tickets, you can also get drinks by the pool.
Compared to some other city-areas, I really fancy this area the most, like small hill above city but close enough to commute, also arrival from Cajetina's main road is quite easy, within 2 mins.
