One of the best places to stay in Kopaonik! The accommodation is cozy, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. Upon our arrival, Seka and Marco warmly welcomed us with homemade donuts and local Rakija, making us feel at home right away. One thing to note is to bring cash for payment upon arrival. We initially thought card payment was accepted, which led to some challenges with exchanging money—it was a bit tricky.
Everything is better than in the photos.

The host is very nice. We got everything we need here. The house is warmly decorated for Christmas. The price is very fair compared to the hotels above. btw I left some drawings on the notebook in the kitchen :D
Понравилось все! Отличные кровати, постельное белье. Приятная хозяйка. Очень уютный дом в горах.
Къщата е чудесна, много уютна и топла. Стаите за спане горе са малко тесни, но за сметка на това долу хола и трапезарията са доста просторни. Бяхме група от 8 човека и като цяло останахме много доволни. Хазяйката също е прекрасна и много отзивчива. Със сигурност бихме повторили и също така силно препоръчваме. Съотношението цена - качество е отлично и локацията е добра! Поздрави от България!
