Clean and comfortable room and beds. Nice pool area and the pool was warm as the area was sunny but there were also many beds under shade which was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful. Were able to get into our room a bit earlier after a very long day and night of travel which was very much appreciated.

Room: We had a Riverview room. It was a very good size for 2 people with cupboard, iron board, working desk, sitting couch, huge window, TV, bathroom. Everything was super clean. Location: It is a bit away from the touristy part. You can walk to Chinatown MRT in 15 minutes. We usually took taxis and everything was around 10-15SGD. The location was very calm and there a few restaurants right behind the hotel. There are several other big hotel chains around this one. There is a nice jogging track right behind. Breakfast: Huge breakfast area with live egg station and several other Chinese and Indian options. Breakfast was quite good. Staff: Extremely nice. Housekeeping and security staff were the best! Reception staff could be more helpful especially on questions about what is available around the hotel etc.
