I was upgraded to Heritage City Hall.
The location was wonderful, close to MRT stations and bus stops with restaurants and cafes nearby on the quiet street.
The room proved to be very clean and the staff Belle, Divina and Joelle were helpful, communicative and prompt. The housekeeper, Min tidied the room beautifully.
My stay at Heritage City Hall was convenient and well situated as I explored Singapore.

Our room was actually upgraded into a studio unit apartment at Heritage Apartments City Hall. We had a wonderful stay and every question we had was answered promptly through Whatsapp. The team of Joelle was very helpful with everything. We did not have any problem with our stay, nothing at all.
