I love the way it near Bencoleen station, can walk to plaza mrt(NE line) even have bus direct to to the airport
Great central location near some tourist sights and lots of food.
The location is so convenient. There is MRT station and bus stop nearby the hotel. The toom is clean and comfort.
I arrived early, around 10 am, and to my surprise, my room was already ready, and I was allowed an early check-in. I dropped off my bags and only returned later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the room was very warm as it faced the afternoon sun. I was sweating during my nap!
I raised the issue with the staff, and without hesitation, they acknowledged my discomfort and offered to change my room. To my surprise, I believe I was given an upgrade. The new room was more spacious and even had a small sofa.
I truly appreciate the staff's attentiveness and understanding. Thank you for making my 3-nite-stay more comfortable.
Located next to the mrt, many choices of eateries around, comfortable beds and nice shower, helpful and pleasant staff, the filtered water for drinking is installed in the room. The umbrella rental and washing machine are very helpful.
