1. Reception - Great communication - we were delayed and did not arrive in Singapore when expected

Great location in Chinatown, very close to the hawker market. The staff were absolutely fantastic - we arrived really early but they let us check in as soon as the room was ready, and texted us to let us know when we could use the room. The wonderful Ravi had also taken our luggage up to the room by the time we arrived back to check in. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.
The location is very convenient, in between outram park and maxwell MRT. There're many food and cafes around especially the China Town Food Complex where you could find food from day till night. The room is in a good size compare to the other rooms in Singapore, the key-less arrangements is so convenient where i don't have to worry about my key anytime while feeling secured.
Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The whole vibe of the hotel was calming and luxurious at a reasonable price. Rooms were small but well thought out so you didn’t feel the size. Bed, pillows and bedding were super comfy and loved the little touches with the wellness tips and what not. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Singapore.
Location is great, free drinking water in the pantry downstairs, nice clean rooms, wifi worked throughout the building, cleaners replaced our towels everyday which was a nice touch.
