Cleanliness. Has all the amenities one needs: washing machine, dishwasher, shower, jacuzzi.
Everything was fine in the flat.
Sona was so fast and nice to chat and help.
Size of all rooms in the apartment; presents of everything needed for comfortable living (TV, microwave, gas range and stove, full-size refrigerator, dishes, silverware...etc.); bubble jet bathtub and much more. The location is great as well. Also, the correspondence between ourselves and the owner was excellent.
