Location, room facility (TV) heating and breakfast.
Good location close to bus and train station and short walk into town centre. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Felt very relaxed.

The staff was very nice and helpful. There is free parking which is very convenient and we had a great room which was clean. Highly recommend!
Really large room, very clean, plenty of hanging space. Good wi-fi. Very nice restaurant (had a very nice meal) and super staff. It's on a main road but the rooms are at the back and very quiet. Perhaps it doesn't look great from the outside but this is a really nice place to stay for visitors to Nitra, Close to train and bus stations
