The Demänova 238 offers self-catering apartments in Demänová, a 10-minute drive from the ski slopes and the Aquapark Tatralandia complex. Free WiFi access is available. All units will provide you with satellite TV, a seating area and a kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigerator. The private bathrooms are fitted with a shower cabin. You can enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains from your apartment and some have a balcony. Ski storage is available in the Demänova 238 and the Liptov Region Card is also offered. Free private parking is possible on site.

Very good communication with the owner. Location was very good, close to the local store and to restaurants. Also is very easy to get by car or bus (specific schedule) to the nearest larger town where more shops and restaurants are available. The building has a place for storing ski equipment which is very good.

Excellent apartment, comfortable, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Ski room with the heater to keep the ski/snowboard. The free parking is in front of the house.
The location is very good: the ski bus stop is 5 minutes away, a short walk to shops and local restaurants.
The owner and stuff were friendly.

We stayed in 3b. A very clean and comfortable 2 bedrooms apartment. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare basic meals. A well organized location. Ski room with heater for the ski boots near the entrance. 200m from the bus station we used every day to reach the ski slopes (25min away). Things that can be better: bathroom window can get stuck when is really cold outside, the fridge is a bit noisy, coffee machine is missing.
Our stay here was absolutely wonderful!
The apartments were equipped with everything we needed, offering both comfort and convenience. We felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay, which added to our peace of mind.
The location was perfect—just a short walk to the bus stop, local shops, and vibrant spots for dining and entertainment. Whether we wanted to explore the area or simply relax, everything was within easy reach.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return!
