The wellness hotel Villa Siesta is located in the mountainous scene in the heart of the High Tatras - in Nový Smokovec. Villa Siesta is the right place for charging the body and mind powers. Wellness facilities, including saunas and a relaxing area, are offered free of charge for all guests. Buffet breakfast featuring homemade bread is served in the morning. Massage treatments and hydro-massage bath tubs are offered for an extra charge. The Stary Smokovec, a popular resort for skiing and hiking, is reachable within a 10-minute walk. A train station for the Tatra Electric Railway train line, connecting Poprad, Tatranská Lomnica and Štrbské Pleso is located only 1148 feet from the hotel and train tickets can be bought directly at the property.

The service was incredibly helpful and nice. The room has everything needed plus the wellness center is clean and relaxing. I also loved the wine I ordered :)
Excellent communication and flexibility from the staff. It was no problem to reschedule just a couple hours before the new check-in, and everything went very smoothly in general - nothing was a problem.
The breakfast is officially served from 7:30, which seems pretty late considering most of the visitors want to leave for the mountains as soon as possible. HOWEVER, the 7:30 only applies if you want something cooked in the morning (e.g. eggs, soup). Everything else (95% of the buffet) is ready at 7:00, so you can actually start breakfast then.
The villa is located 5 mins walking from the train station - novy smokovec. They offer very rich breakfast, dinner, and the wellness is great, access to three different types of Sauna, water massage, and relaxing zone.
The room and the toilet are very clean, the bed is comfy.
The lady at the reception is great, very sweet, kind, and handling many things at once.
Nice place. Needs a bit walking to the train station, but its not much. Everything was fine. But did not try the SPA.
The location of the accommodation is good. We had a good breakfast and a delicious dinner. Staff very nice and helpful.
