The service was incredibly helpful and nice. The room has everything needed plus the wellness center is clean and relaxing. I also loved the wine I ordered :)

Excellent communication and flexibility from the staff. It was no problem to reschedule just a couple hours before the new check-in, and everything went very smoothly in general - nothing was a problem. The breakfast is officially served from 7:30, which seems pretty late considering most of the visitors want to leave for the mountains as soon as possible. HOWEVER, the 7:30 only applies if you want something cooked in the morning (e.g. eggs, soup). Everything else (95% of the buffet) is ready at 7:00, so you can actually start breakfast then.

The villa is located 5 mins walking from the train station - novy smokovec. They offer very rich breakfast, dinner, and the wellness is great, access to three different types of Sauna, water massage, and relaxing zone. The room and the toilet are very clean, the bed is comfy. The lady at the reception is great, very sweet, kind, and handling many things at once.

Nice place. Needs a bit walking to the train station, but its not much. Everything was fine. But did not try the SPA.

The location of the accommodation is good. We had a good breakfast and a delicious dinner. Staff very nice and helpful.
