The staff is amazing!! Extremely polite, pleasant and professional! They went out of their way to accomodate our concerns and requests. I highly recommend this hotel!
Staff were exceptionally helpful and flexible to our needs. They were always polite and communicated exceptionally well given my slovakian was non existing.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and very clean. What topped it off for us was the young man working reception on the evening we arrived. He was so helpful with everything we asked of him, and was friendly and a great credit to both the hotel and the town. The breakfast choice was good and everything was fresh. We were staying for a football match, so location wise the hotel was perfect, across the road from the stadium and a short walk to the old town, bars and restaurants.
Came for a football game and it was extremely well located for the City Stadium. Reasonable room and facilities. Really happy that we were able to be checked in early.
