Staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the old town but 6 minute walk to the bus or tram for a quick 2 stop ride to the train station. Breakfast is also nice. Really enjoyed this place thank you!
The location and breakfast. The personal touch with meeting a person in reception and the folder provided in the room with information on the hotel and suggestions for activities. The room itself was spacious with a minibar which offered great prices. It was walking distance to all the important sites.

The room location was fabulous, right in the middle of everything in Old Town, but very quiet at night. The staff was very helpful, and were happy to store our bags for us while we waited for check in. They also gave us early check in.
Location is perfect, staff is friendly and helpful, Rooms are nice and big.
