We were three people staying here and can definitely recommend it when visiting Banska Stiavnica. Our host was very helpful with tips and recommendations. He was always at disposal for any questions and is a comfortable and sympathetic person. The location is at a hilltop with a short walk to the city centre and a beautiful lake close by to swim in. The home was clean and very nice, it had everything needed and felt safe and secure. The host went out of his way to make us feel very comfortable and at home, and even took his time to give us a thorough guided tour around the city and the nature surrounding by car. If you speak Slovak it is definitely a benefit regarding communication. He gave us many tips about what to see and to do, and we therefore had a whole program for the originally three days, which we decided to extend to four days. He also took us to the train station early in the morning which we were very grateful for! Smilla, August and Kristina
