Loved the quiet location. Lots of space. Furniture and decor somewhat old fashioned but I felt it added to the charm. It’s next to a little farm and we watched the neighbors herding his cows in the night.

It was very peaceful. Even though the staircase is shared between the top floor (where we stayed) and the bottom floor (where the owners live), we had complete privacy. The owners were very welcoming and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. The location is a little ways away from the lake, but if you want a peaceful area to stay at and don’t mind walking for 12 minutes to get to the lake, it is a perfect place.

After a bit of bad communication (on our part) the host was very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you for the stay!

Spacious apartment in a quiet location about 1k away from Lake Bohinj. Very homely feel, comfortable bed, kitchen had what we needed to cook and 2 balconies to choose from with views of mountains on either side. Yes, it is the top floor of the family house but this was no problem, with no noise, totally private. The host met us on arrival which was a nice touch, parking off the road outside the house. We loved the character of the house and felt relaxed from when we arrived. Great location for accessing walks, the lake and bike rides, with a shop and restaurant located within 5 min walk. Highly rate this area, we stayed 3 nights but could have stayed longer!

Great stay, everything was clean and comfy. The hosts were great, we felt more than welcome. We founded our perfect stay for visiting Bohinj again.
