Everything was great. What I liked the most was that the kitchen was fully equipped and with nice utenciles. We were able to cook without any distress. Also the livingroom is fine and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean.
Surprisingly the apartment had many low rates, but most of them related to no free parking (which makes sense due to the nature of Piran and the location) and to the absence of elevator. We were however informed about those aspects, which for us were no problem at all, since we traveled without a car and 5 levels are no problem. But indeed someone with limited movility might not find it pleasant. If these aspects are no problem for someone, the apartment provides a very pleasant stay in Piran.
Regarding keys... we texted our approximate arrival time and we were met when we arrived.
Top location for our family of 4 (2 small kids aged 5 + 7) in July 2023. Well equipped, all we needed. (On weekends) it gets a bit loud in the evening since there is live music nearby (until after 23hrs), so if you mind that you should recheck your dates.
Piran is a great place to stroll, take a drip in the sea and eat great fish. Not the cheapest place, but very nice.
Great location and the owner explained the parking situation sufficiently.
