The room was good. Plenty of space and the bathroom was good. The breakfast was great (but too much food).
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good as were the evening meals (which were also good value for money). The location was 4 minutes walk to the exceptional city museum and also to the wonderful art gallery. What a surprise both of these were for such a small city. Metlika is also a short drive from the beautiful source of the Krupa River, which is a spring, from which there is a 2km walk along the river which takes you to a pre-historic cave (10,000 years ago).
