How clean and open the studio was. Plus, it's proximity to the main street. But also in a quiet area so you can sleep with the windows open at night.

The location, facilities (washing machine), and comforts (eg, bed) were excellent. The view from the flat onto the street below was very nice.

Well located near all the main attractions, very nice restaurants close by.

The location is ideal - close enough(by 1 minute walk) to restaurants, shopping, strolling on the river walk - but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The apartment is large and comfortable, and the little kitchen is well equipped. We were there for almost a week and could have easily stayed another week if our travel plans allowed it. The building is old and very solidly built so it stayed quiet and cool in the hot weather, but retains heat in the cool evenings. We absolutely loved the place Tatiana and Igor are very responsive and accommodating - LOVED it!
