Everything was perfect and the location was outstanding, in the edge of town so easy access and peaceful at night.

We were travelling with friends from the States and they were blown away with this accommodation. There were five of us but the house can take many more.

Comfortable beds, great showers and plenty of space. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need including a large dining table.

Parking was easy with two hour stay right by the property to unload and load and public car park 5-10 min walk.

Would highly recommend and we will be back!

The property was well presented, equipped, spacious and in a great location. We enjoyed the inviting and comfortable communal spaces in the property which made spending quality time easy and that there are enough bathrooms to match the amount of bedrooms which meant no queuing! In addition, the communication with the owners of the property was great - they were quick to reply to any queries. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough and will definitely book again if I was back in Bath in a larger group!

This is a beautiful large and well equipped house bang in the centre of Bath. Really handy for everything but was amazingly quiet. It was perfect for a weekend girls getaway. The manager was really responsive and accommodating too.

Location was perfect. House was very spacious, had everything you needed and was very comfortable, especially the beds.
