Very well equipped, home from home . Comfortable sofas and bed with sun in the afternoon in the small garden.
House was immaculate. Owners were approachable and helpful.

The house was light and airy the furniture and facilities were all very well laid out. The information was precise and timely. Nikki and Adam were very helpful and thoughtful. There was wine milk teabags and chocolate on arrival. We didn't have kids but I think it would definitely be a good spot for families. The beach at Southwold was a very short drive with free parking in side street. We had great weather and were out and about the whole time. Came home tired and slept well
