Location was good. Parking on site was a real bonus. Two bathrooms. Balcony. Automatic plug in light were very useful when using the bathroom at night
Location, couldn't be better, lovely view of river from living room and bedroom and close to everything in the city. As the flat was in a gated block we felt very secure, underground parking with personal parking space.
The apartment was mostly quite clean, relatively large and well furnished for a short term rental. TVs in the master and in the living room. Nice couches in the living room. Pix on the walls. Nice dishes in the kitchen. A desk. Table and chairs in the dining area. Everything worked. A quiet spot. Nice little deck overlooking the river, though the river was loaded with Lilly pads or something. Not flowing.
Apartment was in a great location for eating and drinking out and also for the shops. Stayed with friends and the apartment had the ideal set up for a weekend away, would highly recommend staying here perfect for families too.
Excellent location, walking distance to everything York has to offer and quiet in the evening. Very secure and very handy to have the parking space.
The lift to the garage area made things accessible for my daughter who is an ambulant wheelchair user and all the rooms offered plenty of space. It was nice to have two decent sized bathrooms and we made good use of the kitchen facilities for breakfast.
Slept like logs each night.
