The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me visiting family in the area. Jim, the host, was an excellent communicator and check in was very easy
Really great find. Excellent layout, off road parking and great location.
We really enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place. It was comfortable, spacious and Tim contacted me prior to arrival and met us at the property to show us around which was great. We found the kitchen area really useful for our stay, but it’s where I grew up so I know the surrounding area really well - there are tons of shops and places to eat at Elliot’s Field and Junction One retail parks just down the road and you aren’t far from Rugby town centre either.
This is a very clean, well equiped property. Ideally situated for our trip.
Would be very likely to use again if we needed to travel to Rugby
