Its location was perfect! The beds were super comfortable.

We did enjoy our stay but my one complaint was the winding steep stairs to the first, second, and third floors were treacherous. There were no rails to facilitate a safer climb.

Great location, lots of coziness, super comfortable beds, warm, great kitchen/ living room area. Tons of communication with the management team.

The flat was exceptionally clean and the correct amount of amenities were provided. The location was unbeatable for us, being a 1 minute walk from Leicester Square tube. The check-in and check-out were very simple. I would certainly stay here again if in London in the future.

The flat is perfectly located near great pubs, cafes, and restaurants on a pedestrian only street. Really fun vibes! Easy walking to many central sites... Westminster Abbey, Parliment and Big Ben, the London Eye, Soho, Trafalgar square, and Piccadilly Circus, just to name a few. There are many theaters in the neighborhood. We ate a few meals in the flat, and the kitchen is stocked with utensils, plates, pots, coffee maker, and electric kettle. We also used the combo washer and dryer.
